Shipping and delivery.

What it costs

$6.50 — standard delivery anywhere in New Zealand.
$8.50 — orders containing frames or cameras.
$12.50 — large frames.
$10.00 — rural addresses.

Anything can also be collected free from the shop at 77 Queens Drive — usually ready within 24 hours, and we will email you when it is.

P.O. Box addresses are fine. The rate that applies is worked out at checkout from what is in your cart.

How long it takes

North Island, non-rural: overnight. South Island, non-rural: 1–2 days. Rural: 2–5 days.

How long will it take to get my film back?

That depends how you sent it. Courier is typically 1–3 working days. Standard post can take up to a week, or longer in the busy season.

How long is processing?

Once it reaches us we aim to process it the same day. If you chose online transfer you get your files that day. If you chose return shipping, Courier Post is typically 1–3 working days back to you.

First time posting to us?

Two easy ways. NZ Post — use a small parcel bag around 11×22cm; ParcelPost is slower, Courier is faster and tracked. Or Trade Me Book a Courier — tracked courier only, quick and easy.

Loss or damage

We take the utmost care of your photographic materials while they are on our premises. We do not have control of them in transit, so we strongly recommend a traceable courier service both ways, and cannot be held responsible for materials sent to us through the postal system.

In the unlikely event we misplace or damage your materials, our liability is limited to replacing the equivalent unexposed film or unused media.
