How long will it take to receive my film back?
This all depends on the service you have selected to send your film to us. Typically, most courier services take 1-3 working days. If you have sent it via stranded post, this can take up to a week (during the busy season even longer).
Once we have received your film we will process it ASAP normally it's completed the day we have received it.
If you have selected 'online transfer' you will receive the files that day.
If you have selected them to be shipped back, our courier service, Pass the Parcel, takes 1-3 working days to return.
